What we do

Steve helps founders scale their vision – AI, AI Platforms, SaaS, Fintech, and other technology startups. He has over two decades of leadership in finance, advanced analytics to fuel decision making, and creative problem solving, with foundational skill sets in capital raising, accounting, finance, treasury, equities research, and strategy and operations consulting honed at banks, broker/dealers, consulting firms, and operating companies.

As CFO for an AI application deployment platform startup for three years, Steve raised capital and developed/executed the finance function, including strategic planning, business plan, projections, P&L management, treasury, accounting, reporting, and tax.

Steve holds a Wharton MBA in finance and an MA in international studies, both earned as a Fellow in the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in history and international relations from Penn. Steve also earned an International Baccalaureate degree at the Lester B. Pearson United World College of the Pacific. He is proficient in French, capable in Spanish, with knowledge of Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese.
