Easy to work with & knowledgeable team
Before working with Wanderland Agency we were experiencing issues with our web platform that made it difficult to update and further connect/link with other web services. They did a great deal of troubleshooting with us and our client to better understand our options and how we could move forward.
After aligning on a solution, we found the flow of the user experience much smoother and easier to monitor in the back end. Further, they provided us with many ‘how-to’ videos that have allowed us to make edits & updates on our own, without further support. Their goal was to set us up in a place that allows us to run site functionality on our own.
From start to finish, they provided great account management support. They were always available to jump on a quick call and were very friendly while doing so. Our team & site is set up for success moving forward thanks to their help.
