#1 equity management tool. It's the #1 equity management tool for a reason. However, a lot of our startups don't like using it due to cost. There are affordable alternatives like Two12 and some newer startups. I would recommend that later if you need something cheap that just works, but if you want it done right, it's always a good idea to go with the best.
