Disappointing Cap Table Platform: A Frustrating Experience
I started using Eqvista a few months ago, and I must admit, I'm not impressed. The platform is glitchy, and the user interface is confusing to navigate. I've encountered multiple errors while trying to issue stock options to my shareholders, causing a lot of frustration. The customer support is slow to respond, and when they do, their solutions are often unhelpful. Frankly, I expected more from Eqvista considering the price I'm paying. I'm considering exploring other options for cap table management.
