Decent

I've been using Lightster for a few weeks now, and it's been alright. The user matches are decent, but the chat feature is limited for free users. The app is easy to navigate, but it could use some more features to enhance the feedback process. It's a good tool and the cashback from Nachonacho was enticing, so we'll keep using it. We're hooked now, but might consider other alternatives for Lightster in the future.

Super handy

Lightster is a handy tool for product feedback. The instant matching feature is quite useful to connect with potential users. However, the limit on free chats can be a bit restrictive. The survey and user testing options provide valuable insights. It would be great if more matches were available per day. The website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness, however.
