Mixed Experience with Banking Platform
I found my experience with PacWest Bank to be satisfactory. The loan process was straightforward and their customer service was decent. However, I did encounter some issues with their online platform, which was a bit glitchy at times. It could definitely use some improvement. Additionally, I felt that the loan terms were not as competitive as I had hoped for. Overall, PacWest Bank provided an average banking experience but there is room for improvement in certain areas.
