Pricing Details:

Vectara's pricing model is designed for simplicity with only two key pricing dimensions - index account size and monthly queries. That's it, no need to think about tokens, LLMs, vector database, or cloud costs.

• Upon approval, startup will receive discounts of up to $5K in platform credits (to be used within 12 months)
• Based on your initial capacity needs, we'll work with you to understand your requirements and provision your Vectara account with sufficient capacity as part of your startup offer.
• Beyond any initial provisioned capacity, you are responsible for any overage charges, which are billed at $7.50 per month for each additional bundle (one bundle provides an additional 5 MB in account size and an additional 1,000 queries per month).
• As part of the success journey we’ll embark on together, we’ll proactively collaborate and discuss appropriate arrangements to continue your development/production needs with Vectara beyond the initial startup offer.
