DigitalOcean prioritizes AI-native startups. Service-based startups (consulting services, web/app development services, marketing agencies, etc.) are not eligible. New applicants are evaluated using the following criteria:

• Must have raised $10m or less.
• Must have a company website, and an email address associated with the company website.
• Must create a registered DigitalOcean team account with a business/company email (not a personal email account).

Dishonest

They did not claim to have limited slots instead took all our data and replied with automated ignorance! Waste of time and I do not recommend to share any information to digital ocean! Instead try AWS and Tencent directly and explain to them your circumstance I guarantee they will meet and exceed expectations with at least 5K in credits for you to begin sailing not sinking in a submarine...
