Well, Drift has been an interesting experience for me. It does have some useful features for optimizing communication with customers, such as custom chatbots and AI insights. However, the platform can be a bit challenging to navigate at times and some of the features require a bit of a learning curve. Additionally, the pricing can get a bit steep for smaller businesses. Overall, I think Drift has potential and could be a useful tool with time and effort invested, but it may not be the best fit for everyone.
