Helium 10 has its ups and downs. The toolset is broad, covering lots from keyword tracking to inventory, which is handy. But, navigating through the platform can get confusing, especially for newbies. Price feels a bit steep considering some features seem similar. Had issues with customer service response times too. It's got potential, but there's room for polishing and improvements.
