Hiring process got a lot better  
Recruitee makes it super smooth to manage your hiring process. I really love the automated email functionality where I can communicate with all the candidates at once. Also, their career site builder features branding elements and is very easy to use. The analytical insights provide real-time data and aid in making better-informed hiring decisions. However, some features are not intuitive, and I had to flick through the documentation to understand them.

Clunky Interface and Poor Support in Recruitment Tool  
I have used Recruitee for a month and it's not that great. The interface is clunky and confusing. The pricing is too high for the limited features. Additionally, their customer support is slow and unhelpful. I had to spend hours trying to figure things out on my own. The AI-powered feature needs improvement, it's not as advanced as they claim. Recruitee needs a lot of work before it can compete with other recruitment software.
