Mixed Feelings: SaaS Tool Not Impressive

I have tried Storylane for a few weeks now and I must say, it was quite meh. The interface is a bit clunky and I struggled to customize my product tours. Also, the email integration was buggy and caused delays in my campaigns. The tool felt a bit outdated compared to other options on the market. Might work better for bigger teams, but for a small user like me, it fell short of expectations.
