Confusing Interface and Poor Support

Tiledesk was a bit disappointing. The interface was confusing and not intuitive at all. I struggled to create my chatbot and the drag-and-drop features didn't work properly. The integration with different channels was also glitchy and unreliable. Customer support was slow to respond and didn't offer much help. I ended up wasting a lot of time and effort trying to make Tiledesk work for my business. I wouldn't recommend it to others unless they are really patient and have a high tolerance for frustration.
