Great for personal productivity, decent for teams
As an Operations Manager juggling multiple projects, I’ve found Todoist to be a reliable personal task manager. The interface is intuitive and the recurring task feature is a huge time-saver. It’s great for staying on top of individual to-dos and organizing work into projects.

That said, when it comes to team collaboration, it falls a bit short. Task delegation works, but visibility across teams and progress tracking aren’t as robust as we need for larger projects. We’ve had to supplement it with other tools for full project oversight.

In short, Todoist is a solid choice for individuals and small teams, but might not scale well for more complex workflows without some workarounds.
