Birdie Talent provides a comprehensive approach to recruiting, from creating job descriptions and implementing useful recruiting tools, advising on overall strategy, headcount planning, and of course, finding the perfect people for your team by using creative sourcing strategies, while also monitoring inbound applications.

Company growth tends to happen in spurts; that's why fractional recruiting is the best option for making sure that open roles are filled quickly, with top talent, and I operate on a flexible, monthly basis.

Birdie Talent has partnered with a Series A startup, Gridwise, and grew an Analytics team from 2 to 6 people in a few months. Currently, I'm working with a CPA firm in a fractional capacity of 20 hours per month. I overhauled their entire recruiting process, built out a candidate tracking system, and am continuously hiring for open Tax-related roles. I have the capacity to work on a fractional basis with other companies, and am looking for a great company with an outstanding product to partner with!

Prior to founding Birdie Talent, I have recruited for 7 years, at a variety of different companies, hiring specialized Engineers at tech giants like Meta and Uber, medium sized companies like Seismic (SaaS), and a small, Series B startup - Coder.
